Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1-2 T organic reishi powder
1/4 cup vegan butter (we used miyoko's brand)
2 T plant milk (we used oat milk)
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then together
Make into 12 balls (you can double or half this recipe for more or less!)
Bake for about 10 minutes on parchment paper & enjoy fresh!!
